Yes. All first-time clients with hair loss, locs, or short hair must schedule a consultation before booking any service. Calendly link will be added to this page, that they can book anytime based on our meeting discussion

Both Physical and Virtual Consultations cost $50, and this amount is fully applied toward your total balance when you book a service.

No refunds are issued once a service is completed, If you have a concern, notify us during appointment to make any alterationsonce you leave, we cannot make any adjustments

Deposits are non-refundable, the remaining balance can be paid via Cash or Zelle at no additional cost. All debit and AfterPay payments will include a processing fee.

Yes. Clients are required to purchase their own crochet hair. You can order it easily from Amazon.com or your preferred beauty supply store.

If you want a color other than 1B, you must purchase your own color hair in one of the approved brands listed on our site.

You only need to come for your appointment with your hair wahed, If you are not adding a wash to your service, If you are washing from home, Kindly ensure your hair is free of oils or heavy products to ensure the best results.
