Terms & Condition
1. Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is paid.
2. Consultations
Clients with locs, short hair, or hair loss must complete a consultation before booking. Consultation fees are non-refundable but applied to your final service cost.
3. Preparation for Appointment
Clients must arrive with hair washed, blow-dried, and product-free, unless a wash service is added. Failure to follow prep requirements may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
4. Required Hair & Materials
We provide 1B braiding hair. Clients must bring their own crochet hair or color hair in approved brands. Failure to bring the required hair may lead to rescheduling with a new deposit.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.
6. Service Satisfaction
No refunds are issued once a service is completed. If you have a concern, notify us during appointment to make any alterations once you leave, we cannot make any adjustments
7. Timing & Delays
Please arrive on time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client showing signs of severe irritation, or unsafe behavior.
9. Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken for documentation and marketing unless the client requests otherwise before the service begins.
10. Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Consultation Policy.
