Return Policy

1. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable, the remaining balance can be paid via Cash or Zelle at no additional cost. All debit and AfterPay payments will include a processing fee.

2. Refunds

No refunds are issued once a service is completed, If you have a concern, notify us during appointment to make any alterationsonce you leave, we cannot make any adjustments

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.

4. Business Cancellations

If we must cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be transferred to a new date within 90 days

5. Disputes
